Youth Voice Co-Assessment Tool
A framework for practitioners and young people to reflect together on their youth voice practice, from consultation and co-production to youth-led governance, activism and social action.
The framework is built around seven principles for meaningful youth voice practice, with questions and scoring designed to be worked through by adults and young people in conversation. It was developed end to end with the Youth Voice Ambassadors, a group of nine 16 to 24 year olds, and tested with practitioners in late 2025 before launching in April 2026. It is free to use in any organisation or setting where young people are supported to raise their voices and affect change.
